2. Definitions

  • "You", "customer" refers to the user or purchaser of our products

  • "Products" includes POS terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, and related hardware

  • "Software" includes any pre-installed or cloud-based POS management systems

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions and specifications on our website are accurate and up to date . However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, error-free, or current. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • When you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt 

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including:

    • Product unavailability

    • Pricing or description errors

    • Payment authorization failure 

  • If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund 

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in your local currency and are subject to change without notice 

  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website

  • For bank transfers, orders must be paid within 24 hours, otherwise the order may be cancelled 

  • Full payment is required before products are shipped

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation 

  • Delivery times depend on third-party carriers (e.g., Hong Kong Post, SF Express) and are estimates only 

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon shipment 

  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control

  • For tracked shipments, we will provide tracking information via email

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Eligibility

You may return products within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions :

  • Wrong product shipped

  • Defective or damaged product upon arrival

Products must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included .

7.2 Non-returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for :

  • Products modified, installed, or used after delivery

  • Products returned after 14 days

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or improper installation

7.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for authorization and return instructions.

8. Hardware Warranty

8.1 Warranty Coverage

We warrant our hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for:

  • POS Terminals: One (1) year from the shipping date 

  • Accessories: Thirty (30) days from the shipping date 

8.2 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover :

  • Damage from accident, abuse, misuse, or alteration

  • Damage from fire, flood, lightning, or other external causes

  • Normal wear and tear, consumable parts (e.g., batteries, paper rolls)

  • Third-party hardware or software

8.3 Warranty Service

If you discover a defect during the warranty period, contact us immediately. We may replace defective products at no cost to you. You must return the defective item within 14 days of receiving the replacement . Failure to return the defective product may result in charges.

9. Software License

  • The software provided is licensed, not sold

  • You may use the software only on the hardware for which it was purchased

  • You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the software 

  • Software updates may be provided at our discretion

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind 

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption 

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including product images, descriptions, and logos, is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written consent .

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms .
