Delivery Information

1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to addresses within Hong Kong. For deliveries to Macau or other regions, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order. Free standard shipping is available for orders over HKD 2,000.

4. Shipping Methods
We ship via SF Express and Hongkong Post. You may select your preferred shipping method during checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

5. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within Hong Kong. Deliveries to outlying islands or remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier‘s tracking page.

7. Receiving Your Order
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, please note this with the courier before signing and contact us immediately at info@1posease.com.

8. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or absence at the time of delivery, the package may be returned to us. Reshipment will require additional shipping charges.
